Prototype production runs are normally limited in number, and prototype components are often made using special methods that are different to mass production. At ADVANCE, however, we can fabricate plastic prototypes using mass production manufacturing processes and materials.

ADVANCE boasts a fully internalized seamless production system encompassing all processes from metal mold design to prototype metal mold fabrication and molding. This eliminates time losses associated with mold transfers and speeds up the cycle of molding tries and mold adjustments. Equipment, operators and data are all housed in the same facility. This generates efficiencies that are directly reflected in better speed and accuracy.

Aluminum alloy materials are ideal for cutting, electro discharge machining and finishing.
They are excellent for making prototype metal molds because they offer good wear resistance and can be modified easily via welding. Aluminum metal molds can even be used in full-scale production (for relatively low quantities) as well as prototype production. Depending on the shape and type of material, steel may have an advantage. We propose the best materials for metal molds in terms of delivery time, lot size and prototype purpose. In addition, we can also use a hybrid of steel and aluminum alloy.

The Ome Plant is equipped with a full range of metal mold and injection molding machines including 85-t and 55-t injection molding machines. We operate the Ome Plant 24 hours per day to guarantee the fastest possible turnaround times for our clients. The Ome Plant also houses sales teams who are on hand at all times to answer your inqueries at all stages from prototype mold processing and molding through to delivery.
